Started in 1995 as a junior engineer at Sungard Data Systems, working on commercial energy management and trading platforms. Progressed to lead architect over the next decade, designing systems that processed $1B+ in annual transactions.
Founded Abraxis Networks in 2002 as a vehicle for consulting and side engagements. The practice has run continuously since then — sometimes solo, sometimes with managed subcontractor teams — alongside or between full-time roles.
Held VP, Director, and CTO-level roles at FreePoint Commodities (and its successive owners Societe Generale and Royal Bank of Scotland), Nagra Kudelski, Soul Machines, and most recently Official AI — building platforms in commodity trading, video streaming, real-time conversational avatars, and AI-driven marketing.
Today, Abraxis Networks is the primary practice — focused on AI-enhanced business automation, fractional CTO engagements, and cloud architecture across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
