Dancy-Polk House Inn & Antiques, 901 Railroad St. NW, Decatur, Al 35601. This 10 room house with 10 fireplaces boarded Yankee soldiers during the Civil War. One room is filled with Civil War relics which collectors can view and purchase by appointment. Collectors will be thrilled by the sense of history where a major battle was fought. A recent acquisition of white ironstone from the 1800's makes visiting this shop all the more enjoyable. Two services this shop offers are lamp repair and local appraisals.
