Click on the Start button and go to Control Panel

Click on the Network and Internet Connections icon

Go to the bottom and click on Network Connections

Under Network Tasks (which is on the left), click on Create a New Connection

Click Next on the summary screen

Choose the first option on the next screen, which is Connect to the Internet and then click Next

Choose the second option, which is Set Up My Connection Manually and click Next

On the next screen choose the first option, which is Connect Using A Dial-up Modem

On the screen that asks you for your ISP name, type Abraxis in the blank and click Next

When you are prompted for the ISP phone number on the next screen, type in 7702460961 in the blank

Fill in your account information on the next screen.  Your user name and password are the ones that you specified when you signed up with Abraxis. 

Check the first checkbox if:

You have multiple people who use your computer and they will all use this internet connection

Check the second checkbox if:

Abraxis is the only internet service provider you use on this computer, or Abraxis is the only dial-up connection you will have on this computer

You wish to use the Abraxis connection more than the other connections you have on your computer

DON'T Check the third checkbox 

On the final screen check the Add A Shortcut To This Connection checkbox and click Finish - now you're ready to dial your connection to the Internet
